Anna Freud Centre’s Mentalization-Based Treatment for Families (MBT-F) training hosted by Eflatun Psychology in Turkey!

The MBT-F approach aims to help families reduce misunderstandings, prevent stress, control behaviors, and communicate better by utilizing mentalization theory. MBT-F is a multifaceted and time-limited approach designed for clinical settings that combines psychodynamic principles, systemic theory, CBT practices, and a social ecological framework to understand and work with families.

Specialists working in the field of mental health or students receiving graduate training (master’s, doctorate) can participate in our training. Those who fully participate in the training will receive a participation certificate approved by Anna Freud Centre at the end of the training.
